Since these processes are required to progress rapidly in today's technology, this coordination covers the control of manufacturing/assembly of the project, from the preparation of the tender to the assembly of the last part in the workshop, in accordance with the relevant standards and predetermined inspection and test plan, which is carried out by our expert team.
Professional Site Management and Supervision Service
We create a plan and have it approved in order to maintain control over the project. The Project Manager plans all the work that needs to be done to realize the project and constantly checks how things go according to this plan. When things don't go as planned, the project manager provides correct reporting to the right people and takes action.
At every stage of the projects; we conduct cost, schedule, quality, scope, risk and benefit analyses and report them.
