ORJİN ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY CONSTRUCTION was established in 2012 by Civil Engineer Özgür AKÇAY. ORJİN ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY CONSTRUCTION provides project and consultancy services to both public and private sector, with its experienced staff. Within the framework of engineering principles, it is committed to providing quality, accurate and timely response to the demands of the customer by serving the projects according to the requirements of the age and by approaching with all necessary projects with the necessary sensitivity.
As ORJİN ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY CONTRAUCTION, we handle each of our commitments with a different excitement and engineering discipline, and we always focus on what we will do in pursuit of the better. Our company provides services in the design and authorship of the application projects of all Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel and Wooden structures where engineering calculations shall be made. In addition to consultancy services to the customers at these issues, we also provide 3rd Party Inspection and/or Consultancy services, especially in the field of Structural Steel. All Engineer-Technical staff working in our company have the necessary knowledge, skills and sufficient experience. Our company aims to have smooth, safe and profitable relations with all its customers and business partners with the understanding of honesty, customer satisfaction, continuity, innovation and superior quality. In line with this principle, it is our priority to deliver the received projects complete and in a timely manner.

Before the implementation, the projects are modeled in accordance with the standards and engineering calculations with the relevant computer programs and analyzed at the same time. After this process step, the projects are continuously controlled by working in coordination with all necessary disciplines until the work is completed, and then they are completed. During this process, preliminary dimension calculations, finalized sections, exploratory quantities, construction methods if necessary, technical specifications and related standards are prepared and reported.

We created a specific business plan in line with the approved projects. We conduct the manufacturing of the projects that require structural steel in accordance with the project. The manufactured structural steels are assembled at the construction site or workshop according to their dimensions. The Project Manager assigned by Orjin Engineering Consultancy Construction continuously controls the progress of the works according to the plan. The Project Manager regularly submits reports on activities to the relevant authorities. During the assembly phase, all structural controls and static evaluations are reviewed on site once again.

We create a plan and have it approved in order to maintain control over the project. The Project Manager plans all the work that needs to be done to realize the project and constantly checks how things go according to this plan. When things don't go as planned, the project manager provides correct reporting to the right people and takes action. Although these controls vary depending on the nature of the work; we carry out analyzes on Cost, Schedule, Quality, Scope, Risk and Benefits.
